Yes. The Backbone Co. is based in Ontario and works virtually with businesses across Canada and beyond.

We primarily support service-based entrepreneurs and growing small businesses. Our clients span different industries, but they tend to have one thing in common: the business has grown to the point where doing everything themselves is no longer working.
do you offer hourly support?
Our ongoing partnerships are structured as monthly packages rather than traditional hourly services. This allows us to focus on the needs and outcomes of the business rather than simply tracking a list of hours.
is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Ongoing partnerships begin with a three-month minimum commitment so we have the opportunity to properly learn your business, establish a rhythm and create meaningful improvements.
what if i don't need ongoing support?
Backbone Projects are available for businesses that need help solving or building something specific without committing to ongoing support. Backend Audits are also available for business owners who primarily need clarity and direction.
will i have to change all of my current systems?
No. We aren’t here to introduce new tools simply for the sake of having them. We first look at what’s already working and improve, simplify or rebuild only where it makes sense.
